Discover Costa Rica: 'Pura Vida'
Costa Rica is a land of lush jungles, pristine beaches, and the joyful Pura Vida spirit. Our retreat takes place on the Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s Blue Zones, where vibrant nature and a slower pace of life invite you to recharge deeply. With world-class surf breaks, golden sunsets, and the sound of the ocean just steps away, it’s the perfect setting to immerse yourself in yoga, community, and adventure.
In 2022, National Geographic stated that the Osa Peninsula is now the most bio-intense place on the planet. This intimacy and close proximity to nature and incredible wildlife affords us the rare opportunity to not only reconnect with the physical world, but also to those around us as well as our deepest selves. And it is here where true and lasting transformation can occur.
About the Venue
Nestled in the heart of Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula, TODO AMOR is a pristine ocean front property, completely off-grid, and spread over 3 acres where the jungle meets the sea. Designed as a space to gather on retreat, take a yoga class, or spend a few days on vacation, TODO AMOR is an inclusive community whose name literally translates to "ALL LOVE" and is for all people.
Chad Dennis + Jennifer Perry, founders of acclaimed Los Angeles yoga studio ROAM [an anagram for AMOR], created TODO AMOR from their desire to escape the hustle and flow of city living and curate a space where one can slow down, reexamine, reflect, and repurpose ones life and priorities.
Yoga Study
The Yoga Studio, built from beautiful reclaimed teak, is surrounded by old growth trees that act as part of the regions monkey corridor allowing for safe passage from the beach areas of the Peninsula back up to Corcovado National Park. It’s literally a monkey highway. Immersed in this dense forest and steps away from the blue-green sea, The Studio's remote location creates a true jungle experience and a sacred space for one to reconnect with Nature and themselves . The sounds of the monkeys + macaws, interwoven with the sounds of the ocean take an already transformative practice and elevate it to a whole new level.
Food & Nutrition
During our retreat, all meals are included. The cuisine is light and delicious with an emphasis on fresh organic produce. Our wonderful staff prepares regional specialties and international dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Throughout the day coffee, tea, juice and fruits are available. The daily meal plan generally includes a selection of fruits, granola and yogurt before the morning yoga class, breakfast, lunch and a fabulous buffet dinner.
