Hi, I’m Tina — creative mind, yogi, strategist, traveler, and lover of nature and culture. Based in Zurich, Switzerland — but truly at home in the world — I combine Swiss precision with a global spirit to craft retreats that are as seamless as they are soulful. With over 15 years of experience across the travel,wellness, startup, and corporate industries, I’ve designed unique experiences for high-end tour operators, led international projects in digital health and startups, and held senior leadership positions, including as Chief Operating Officer (COO). I also hold an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich and have completed additional studies in Graphic Design, Marketing Management, and Organizational Development— complemented by a foundation in Biology and Chemistry — bringing a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creative vision to every project. Like many high-achievers, I once lived by constant ambition and high expectations — until chronic fatigue, self-doubt, and a deep sense of disconnection pushed me to reconsider everything. The pandemic and completing my first 200hr-yoga teacher training in 2021 opened the door to true transformation, helping me reconnect with my heart, redefine success, and create a life and business rooted in authenticity and soul. Today, I channel this journey to inspire others to find the same connection within themselves.
