Carla Gadi is a yoga teacher, a fitness trainer, and a movement coach committed to helping her students find freedom in their bodies, so that they may live life with zest, vitality, peace, and love.

She has been a movement artist, athlete, and wellness advocate since she was a little girl. Her passion for the intelligence and power of the human body lead her to explore diverse physical disciplines from team sports, martial arts, dance, gymnastics, yoga, varied fitness modalities, and to physical therapy. Her wish in this lifetime is to be able to share her knowledge from her experiences to help people find freedom in and enjoy their bodies through mindful movement.

Carla is a Yoga Alliance RYT 500 and E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, having taken her 300-Hr Yoga Professional Teacher Training course with Joan Hyman and her 200-Hr Yoga Teacher Training with David Kim and Yogaworks. She began teaching Vinyasa Yoga in 2014 in Manila, Philippines and currently shares this foundational practice in Toronto, Canada.  She has continued to supplement her yoga education through the years and is certified to teach Yin Yoga as well as hybrid movement practices.
