Fitzjoy Hellin is a traveling tour director that shares the joys of yoga wherever he lands in the world. After many injuries from martial arts and athletics, he was introduced to Hot Yoga which helped to heal his spine and knee injuries. He has taken over 1500 Hour of Teacher Trainings, initiated by the original intense Bikram Training, followed by many others including a two hundred hour at Wanderlust in Hollywood, CA and The School of Yoga’s Advanced 300 Hour Training in Goa, India. His mission is to bring yoga to incarcerated populations and introduce many different types of bodies and personalities to the practice of traditional yoga.
